Are you still open?

Yes! Both of our locations are open, following the safety protocols that WorkSafe BC set out for us to keep all of our staff and customers safe during this time.

Kerrisdale Lumber Home is open Monday - Friday from 9:30am - 6:00pm and 8:30am - 5:00pm on weekends and holidays.

Kerrisdale Lumber Contractor Division is open Monday - Friday from 7:00am - 5:00pm and closed on weekends and holidays.

Where can I find information about building materials and lumber?

All of the information you may need regarding building materials, lumber and hardware can be found on our Contractor Division website. Visit our Contractor Division here.

Do you have lumber at both locations?

Since our move back in March, all of our building materials are now available at our Contractor Division location in Marpole at 1253 West 76th Ave. If you're already at our Kerrisdale location, you can place your order from our staff at the Home store and arrange to pick it up at our Contractor Division.

COVID-19 Information

Do I have to wear a mask in Kerrisdale Lumber Home?

While we have made it mandatory for staff to wear a mask on the floor, it is up to the discretion of our customers to wear a mask in our store. To keep everyone safe, we kindly ask you to wear a mask if this is a possibility for you. If you would like a mask but do not have your own, we have disposable masks available for you to use. We thank you for your understanding and support during this time!

I placed my online order a while ago, where is it?

Due to some manufacturing delays during COVID-19, some of our products are more difficult to have ordered in than usual. While we do our best to keep you informed on the ETA of these items, you're always welcome to give us a phone call at (604) 261-4274 to get more information on when you will receive your item. Please have your order number ready to go. Thank you for your understanding!

I wanted to order something, but it was out of stock. When will it be back in stock?

While we do our best to have accurate stock on our website, if there is a specific item you are searching for that is not on the website, please give us a call to see if we are able to get it in for you.

Shipping

Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes! If you're placing an order for an item online, there is an option for in-store pick up. One of our staff members will contact you via email or phone when your item is ready for pick up. If you're placing an order over the phone, our staff will take down your information and let you know when your order is ready to be picked up.

Where do you ship to?

We offer a free shipping option if you are delivering to a location in BC or Alberta. We also deliver to the rest of Canada; however, free shipping is not an option in this case. Your shipping charge will be calculated at check out.

How can I get free shipping on my BBQ?

At our online checkout, on the right-hand side, click "Gift Card/Coupon Code" under GST and PST. Once you click this option, a box will appear where you can add the code FREESHIP. If your item is eligible for free shipping to BC or Alberta, your shipping charge will come to $0.00.
